bCH Kai-Lyn's Carter of Mt. Airy, HIT, ATT, CGC (aka Carter) and ChPtd Raid the Wind Mountain Makeeda (aka Makeeda) had a natural tie November 22nd, 2007. We confirmed her pregnancy on December 18th via ultrasound. We kept Makeeda here in Canada for her whelping and until all her puppies were ready for their new homes. This was a Repeated Breeding as we are so impressed with the puppies from their first litter together.

Our 5 precious princesses were born on January 19, 2008, between 1:43 and 9:45am. The little princesses ranged between 1lb 3oz to 1lb 9oz at birth (large!), and are all doing very well. They were ready for their new homes by mid- March 2008 - just in time for Spring! So...I'm calling this the Spring Mountain Litter because "Mt." and "Mountain" are in both Carter and Makeeda's registered names! These puppies will have great genetic diversity through their out crossed ancestors - New Beginnings - representing "Spring", plus the massive bone and structure we strive to produce, hence "Mountainous".
